下丸子駅と千鳥町駅の中間にあり、どちらの駅にも徒歩3-5分とロケーションが便利。バスルームに乾燥機能が付いており洗濯物の乾燥に助かった。冷蔵庫等、キッチン周りも問題なし。ＣＰも良かった。
