About Check-in and Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

Can I check in earlier than the check-in time?

Depending on availability, early check-in can be arranged for an additional 1,000 JPY. If you are interested, please contact us in advance.

Is it possible to have a late check-out?

Based on availability, late check-out can be arranged for an additional 2,000 JPY /1 hour. If you are interested, please contact us by 22:00 the day before the check-out.

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the check-in counter?

We are sorry, but it is not possible to leave your luggage at the hotel.

What services do you offer?

Are rooms cleaned daily?

We are sorry, but we do not offer room cleaning during stays.

Can I request housekeeping during my stay?

We are sorry, but we do not offer additional cleaning services.

Are towels and bedsheets changed daily?

Please note that linen and towels are not exchanged during stays. We do have a washing machine and washing detergent available for your use.

Room Facilities and Equipment

Do you provide any seasonings, such as salt or oil?

For food safety reasons, we do not offer this service.

Free Wi-Fi is available in each room. Please check the information in your room for the password.

Do you offer parking?

There is no parking on the property.
We will guide you to nearby toll parking lots.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

There is an elevator.

Can you book a taxi, restaurant, museum, etc for me?

We are sorry, but we do not offer such reservation services.
