About Check-in and Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m.
Please inform us in advance if you are going to check in after 24:00.

Can I check in earlier than the check-in time?

Depending on availability, early check-in can be arranged for an additional 1,000 JPY. If you are interested, please contact us in advance.

Is it possible to have a late check-out?

Based on availability, late check-out can be arranged for an additional 1,000 JPY. If you are interested, please contact us in advance.

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the check-in counter?

You can leave your luggage at the hotel. Please feel free to ask the staff.

What services do you offer?

Are rooms cleaned daily?

We are sorry, but we do not offer room cleaning during stays.

Can I request housekeeping during my stay?

We provide additional cleaning for 5,500 JPY. Please contact the front desk if interested.
Please store your belongings and valuable before room cleaning. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are towels and bedsheets changed daily?

For those staying a week or more, fresh towels are available upon request.
For those staying less than a week, we apologize but we cannot provide new towels or bed sheets.

Room Facilities and Equipment

Do you provide any seasonings, such as salt or oil?

For food safety reasons, seasonings are not provided in the guest rooms. If you need seasonings, please ask the front desk.

I've used all the amenities/tissues. Can you provide more?

Tissues, garbage bags, shampoo, detergent, etc. can be replenished if needed. Please ask the front desk.

Do you have WiFi?

Wi-Fi is available in your room free of charge. You will find the password on the card you receive upon check-in.

Do you offer parking?

There is no parking on the premises.
We kindly ask you to use the coin parking nearby.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

There is an elevator.

Can you book a taxi, restaurant, museum, etc for me?

We are sorry, but we do not offer such reservation services.

Can I smoke in the room?

Please note that the whole hotel is non-smoking.
Please use the smoking area on the first floor of the facility.
